Dear Kia,
I recently purchased my third car from the Kia Mall of Georgia in North Atlanta, and I am writing to express my gratitude towards the dealership. As a single mother I wanted to stick with Kia because of the safety and reliability of my previous cars, as well as the customer service I’ve gotten in the past. (I also like the warranty and roadside assistance programs, even though I’ve never had to use them.) Like I was saying, this was my third time with this dealership, and the sales manager, Danny Pelegrin, and his team made this car purchase the easiest yet. Danny not only made me feel comfortable, but assured me I would continue to be taken care of in the future.
So thank you for selecting, hiring, and educating the right kind of people. I know car salesmen don’t always have the best reputation, but your good people are one more reason I’ll keep coming back.
Your valued customer, Christine O. Alpharetta, Georgia
I purchased my Kia Optima in January, 2002. I now have 107,245 miles on the car, which is why I’m writing this letter. This is the first car I’ve owned for such a long period of time, and I’ve had plenty of cars over my 50 or so years. I really can’t believe the quality—great workmanship, smooth riding and very comfortable, really a fine vehicle. Aside from routine maintenance, tires, brakes and so forth, I haven’t had to do anything, which is exactly how I like it. I’m just letting you know I think this is the best vehicle I’ve ever had and would purchase another one again.
Very truly yours, John S. Oneonta, New York
My wife and I are both retired, but due to my wife’s illness we have to make a long trip to a hospital twice a week. We’ve owned a 2004 Kia Sedona EX van for a few years now and have driven it 30,110 trouble-free miles. As a couple on a fixed income, we really appreciate the value we’ve gotten with this van. Through the years we have owned many cars, but this Kia is by far the finest. The performance, handling, comfort, and looks are outstanding. In fact, I have a lot of friends who’ve ridden with me and they’ve mentioned to me what a nice van it is. In return I told them how much we love the car. Wouldn’t you know it, since then several of them have bought a Sedona.
I retired from the police department. Maybe I should’ve become a Kia salesperson.
Keep up the good work. Richard M. Gainesville, Florida
